Singapore is a sunny island and over here, it’s a common sight to tip toe around the poolside under the scorching hot sun. The floor is burning hot. Often, we endure the scalding sensation to our soles when we cross from one pool to the next. So, when we have kids, we ferry them from one kiddie pool to the next by carrying them off the ground. But, how about water play with slides and all on the rooftop of shopping centres? We can’t be ferrying them around from one slide to the next!

Safari Boo – Trick or Treat at River Safari

We had our first Trick or Treat Halloween fun ever. And guess where we went to see friendly ghost, mummy, frankenstein, witch and even wizard? RIVER SAFARI!! And you can’t believe that River Safari can be as amazing as Night Safari at night! No, there is no scary ghost that appears out of nowhere. There is no zombie to catch the kids. All you see are friendly mermaid, Hogwart School student, little animals, insects, fairy, barn owl, raccoon, tarantella spider, and lots of sweets, chocs, and Safari fun! Simple Craft – Paper Plate Art

It has been a long while since I last had a craft session with my kids.

I saw an easy paper plate art fish aquarium from Pinterest and thought I could make something similar with whatever materials I had at home. Hence, we did it one Saturday afternoon when the hubby was not around and the baby was sleeping. Perfect bonding time 🙂
