I wish I may, I wish I might, have these resolutions to last 365 nights..

It’s the start of the new year! It’s time to reset everything, forget unhappy moments in the past year, and look forward to starting anew in the new year!

On New Year’s day 1st Jan 2014, I tried to have a happy day to start off the year on a happy note. I tried to avoid scolding the kids on that day. I tried to forget about my blog (I was busy thinking of what to post for the brand new year). I tried to ignore all sorts of notifications on my Samsung mobile (wordpress, facebook, whatsapp, thank god I do not have twitter). My Best Blog Posts in 2013

I have started my blog since 2011, however, only since August 2013 have I started getting active in the blogging community. It’s a wonderful thing to be able to do what you like and know many other like-minded bloggers at the same time. Since the Christmas light-up ceremony in Orchard Road Continue reading “In a Christmas mood… in Singapore”

My Baby’s First Contest

When XX was one and a half years old, she competed in a baby contest and breezed through all rounds of audition to the finals. She was fast enough in putting shapes into the shape sorter box to enter the semi-finals, she was fast enough in running a 5 metre track to reach the finals, and she was 5th in the fastest 10 metre run in the finals. She won 8 packs of diapers to everyone’s joy! Continue reading “My Baby’s First Contest”
