A Peek into the After Work Hours of a FTWM

Have you ever wonder how other mums handle their kids and household? In particular, how Full Time Working Mums (FTWM) handle theirs after they come home from work?

I am a FTWM, and I have been through countless trial and error to find a routine that works for me and the kids. It is necessary to be flexible and open to changes in the home, for instance, the arrival of a newborn, change in job, growing up kids as the years go by, will all need some adjustment to routines. It is often not easy to leave my kids for work and come back home to an untidy, messy house with hyped up children in the evening. And I, too, would love to know how other working mums have it all and what they have been through!
